Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders that include special order products are shipped once the pre-order product has arrived (30-45 days).

Shipping Methods: We ship via UPS and USPS, both within the U.S. and internationally (import taxes may apply). The customer agrees to pay the fee calculated by our logistics partners.

Delivery Times: Standard shipping: 3–5 business days (U.S.) in normal conditions, these delivery times can experience delays due to extreme weather conditions or force majeur events. International shipping times vary by destination.

 

Free Shipping: Orders over $250 (before tax and fees) qualify for free standard shipping only within USA continuous states. Restrictions apply.

 

Risk of Loss: Once an order is shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase, including any required suite, apartment, unit, or building numbers.

Tiendita C. Essentials is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

If the package is lost, misdelivered, or cannot be recovered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Tiendita C. Essentials will not be responsible for issuing a replacement or refund.
