Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 30 natural days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged in original packaging.Opened containers are non-refundable, unless damaged by the carrier (only valid with photos of the damaged package and damaged product as evidence).

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
