Today, we’re sharing a professional yet super easy recipe: just three simple steps to prepare Coconut Paletas using our Essential Mix and the rich Toasted Coconut flavoring by Sensatika. Perfect for selling, sharing, or enjoying at home, these paletas deliver a smooth texture and a deep, natural coconut flavor, enhanced with a touch of vanilla and shredded coconut.


Ingredients (Yields 4.8 L / 1.27 gal):

  • Shredded Coconut (La Tiendita): 500 g (1.1 lb)

  • Sensatika Mexican Vanilla: 5 mL per kg

  • Sensatika Toasted Coconut Flavoring: 30 mL (1.01 fl oz)

  • Essential Mix: 1.92 kg (4.23 lb)

  • Warm Water: 3.13 L (0.83 gal)


Directions

1. Prepare the dairy base:Hydrate the Essential Mix powder with the warm water. Mix using a hand or electric whisk until the blend is fully smooth and lump-free. This is your liquid base for the popsicles.

2. Add the flavor:Incorporate the shredded coconut, Sensatika Toasted Coconut flavoring, and Sensatika Mexican Vanilla. Stir thoroughly to ensure a well-blended, uniform flavor throughout.

3. Mold and freeze:Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and place in a popsicle machine or freezer.❄️ Recommended temperature: -15 to -20 °C (5 to -4 °F)
