Only needs to be heated once a day, then it can be kept at room temperature throughout the day and it will keep it's ideal consistency. Melt in a water bath, chocolate tempering machine or microwave—never directly on the stove. Not recommended for room-temperature desserts or baking; it only works on frozen treats or fondue.
