Cooling Cartridge Set for Popsicle Pushcart (2 pcs)

The cartridge has an approximate capacity of 8 L (2.113 gal) and must be filled with the following mixture: 1.7 L (0.449 gal) of food-grade propylene glycol (25%) and 5.3 L (1.400 gal) of potable water (75%). This leaves approximately 10% of the total volume empty to allow for thermal expansion during freezing.

Once filled, place the cartridge in a freezer at a minimum temperature of –10 °C (14 °F) and leave it there overnight (at least 12 hours). It will then be ready for use and will provide cooling for approximately 5 hours.
